It will have an unusual notification indicator
Verified online whistleblower Ice Universe posted on Weibo promotional images of the new Realme GT Neo5 smartphone, which showcase its design for the first time.
Realme GT Neo5 will be the world’s first smartphone to support the world’s fastest 240W charging. Visually, it will also differ from competitors. In addition to the usual dual camera, which is located at the top left, the manufacturer will add an RGB LED element, which will probably be used to inform the user about calls, messages and events.
The Realme GT Neo5 is expected to feature a 6.74-inch display with a resolution of 2772 x 1240 pixels with a refresh rate of 144Hz, PWM support at 2160Hz. The main camera will receive a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 image sensor with optical image stabilization and a 16-megapixel front one. The phone will receive up to 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of flash memory, as well as a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 single-chip system.
Realme has confirmed that the device will be announced on February 9th.
Ice Universe was the first to accurately talk about the new trend for smartphones with waterfall screens, about the notch in the iPhone X, about the new design of the iPhone 14 with a Dynamic Island cutout, and about different 200-megapixel image sensors.
