And not an ordinary petrol station wagon, but a BMW i5 Touring
BMW has so far officially introduced only the latest “five” sedans (in the back of the G60). The company showed teasers of the BMW M5 Touring station wagon, but it was completely covered in camouflage. And now the photo spies managed to shoot the station wagon, only partially covered with camouflage – exactly up to the middle pillar.
This is what the latest BMW 5-series station wagon looks like.
It is interesting that the lens caught not the usual version of the car, but the BMW i5 Touring – a powerful electric version. There is no data on the power plants of the station wagon, but they will certainly correspond to the sedan. That is, there will be two options: the base one (i5 eDrive40) with one 335 hp electric motor. on the rear axle and the top (i5 M60 xDrive) twin-engine all-wheel drive with a 690 hp power plant.
The official premiere of the BMW 5 Touring G60 is expected by the end of this year, in 2024 the BMW M5 and BMW M5 Touring will be released.
While the whole world is preparing for the start of sales of the new BMW 5-series, the Russian Avtotor is looking for a replacement for this model – in China. They plan to produce cars at a factory that was built specifically for BMW.
