According to the developers, at the moment, projects of the largest construction companies in the UAE are available in the Yandex Real Estate database – Damac, Omniyat, Ellington Properties, Select Group and others. In total, there are more than 200 projects from partners and developers in the UAE. Among them are both objects under construction and already commissioned residential complexes. Yandex plans to expand its geographical coverage in the future.
Until mid-May, in Yandex Real Estate for a number of projects from the catalog, you can get a cashback of up to 1% of the cost of housing with Plus points. For example, for the purchase of a lot worth 20 million rubles, the service will accrue up to 200 thousand Plus points.
