Tinkoff Bank introduces a commission for replenishing cards of the Mir payment system through ATMs of third-party credit organizations. This is reported by the TASS agency with reference to the materials of the bank. It is reported that the innovations will come into force on July 31, 2023. Without a commission, it will be possible to replenish Mir cards only with Tinkoff partners, these are MCB, VTB, Otkritie and Post Bank.

As indicated in the message, replenishment of card accounts using Mir cards through ATMs of other banks that are not partners of Tinkoff will be excluded from the free replenishment limit in the billing period. When replenishing Mir cards at the indicated ATMs, a commission will be charged in accordance with the tariff of the payment card. For example, at the Tinkoff Black tariff, when replenishing a card in third-party banks, the commission will be 2%, TASS was told in support of the bank.
