Ryzen 7000 processors entered the market about six months ago, but only now the first laptop with such an APU has appeared on sale, running Linux out of the box.
The Tuxedo Pulse 14 Gen 3 model is based on the Ryzen 7 7840HS, which means there are no problems with performance. The PC also has 32 GB of LPDR5-6400 RAM and an SSD with a capacity of 500 GB or more. In addition, there is room for a second drive.
The laptop is equipped with a 14-inch screen with support for 120 Hz and a resolution of 2880 × 1800 pixels.

Among the rest, we can note Wi-Fi 6, 100-watt charging, thickness 18 mm and weight 1.4 kg, battery with a capacity of 60 Wh, HDMI 2.0, USB-C 3.2 Gen2 (x2), USB 3.2 Gen1 (x2), slot for microSD and price from 1111 euros.
It all works out of the box under the Tuxedo OS distribution, based on Ubuntu. But when configuring on the site, you can choose other options, including Ubuntu 22.04, Kubuntu 22.04 and others.
