Volkswagen has introduced the Volkswagen ID. 4 2024, which received new electric motors. In addition, both configurations, including the rear-wheel drive single-motor version and the all-wheel drive dual-motor version, will receive significant power increases for the new model year.
This only applies to models equipped with the larger 77.0 kWh battery, not ID models. 4 with a base battery with a capacity of 58.0 kWh. The developers have implemented changes to the interior and new wheels, as well as several new features for certain trim levels.

Rear-wheel drive engine ID. 4 with a power of 77.0 kWh produces 282 hp, while the old model was characterized by 201 hp. Meanwhile, the power of the dual-motor AWD ID. 4 increases from 295 to 330 hp. The EPA has released the estimated range of the VW ID. 4 for 2024, which is slightly larger than the previous year’s model. ID. 4 will travel up to 468 km without recharging. This is 25 km more than its predecessor.
The car gets a larger, 12.9-inch infotainment screen on higher trim levels that offers an improved menu structure and a new climate control system. The design of the steering wheel and gear lever has also been revised. Cooled front seats are now standard, and the S Plus trim gets a Harman/Kardon audio system. 20-inch wheels replace 19-inch ones, and the S Plus now has 21-inch wheels.
ID. The 2024 4 will begin arriving in dealerships early next year. Prices have not yet been published.
