The smartphone will be presented on October 26
Lu Weibing, who attended the Snapdragon 2023 summit, showed the Xiaomi 14 smartphone, built on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 single-chip system.
We have already published a photo of the President of Xiaomi holding a smartphone in his hands, but it was impossible to see him. The new photo shows a glossy back panel and a square main camera unit, which includes three image sensors.
The standard version of Xiaomi will be available in four colors: white, green, pink, and black. According to official information, the Xiaomi 14 will have a 6.36-inch flat screen with a very narrow frame around the perimeter.
The phone will be equipped for the first time with a 1/1.31-inch optical format “Light and Shadow Hunter” image sensor, with single pixels measuring 1.2 microns. In addition, it will be equipped with a Leica Optical Summilux lens. Both models will be equipped with a 75mm telephoto lens.

Lu Weibing also stated that Xiaomi and Qualcomm have agreed to supply a huge number of Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen3 SoCs for Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro. The starting batch of new chips was twice as large as last year. Therefore, the first batch of the Xiaomi 14 series, which is already ready for delivery, will be twice as large as the starting batch of the previous generation Xiaomi 13.
