Xiaomi 14 will be the company’s first smartphone to receive the new HyperOS operating system. It combines elements of a modified version of Android and Xiaomi’s own Vela system. The company is going to create a system for tens of billions of devices, including smartphones, tablets, home appliances, smart gadgets, and cars.

According to rumors, Xiaomi 14 will be the first smartphone equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen3 single-chip system. It was previously reported that the Xiaomi 14 screen bezel will be reduced to 1mm, setting a new industry record.
The first Chinese 1.5K and 2K screens were released thanks to the collaboration between Xiaomi and CSOT. In the first half of this year, CSOT officially announced the narrow bezel technology, and Xiaomi 14 will debut with this screen. The announcement is expected on October 27.
