Xiaomi introduced a new system of smart automatic curtains
The Xiaomi Mi Smart Curtain system will be released on the Xiaomi Youpin collective financing platform after tomorrow, June 10th. The market price of the device will be 113 dollars, but at the stage of accepting pre-orders, it can be purchased for 99 dollars.
Xiaomi Mi Smart Curtain includes a three-meter rail made of magnesium-aluminum alloy, an engine for opening and closing curtains, as well as a magnetic remote control.
In China, the company will provide a service for free installation of the system, after placing the order, the client will only need to prepare the curtains themselves for the time of installation. The system can be configured so that the curtains automatically open and close depending on the ambient light on the street or the time of day.
You can control the system through the Mi Home application, as well as using voice commands, thanks to the support of the Xiaomi smart assistant. The company claims that curtains can be opened and closed manually if a power outage occurs. The engine volume level is 30 dB.
