How exactly this version of MIUI 15 will differ from the usual one is not reported, but it will be based on Android 14.

The stable beta version of the new interface for Xiaomi Mi 13 Ultra is designated as MIUI-V15.0.0.1.UMACNXM, for Redmi K60 Pro – MIUI-V15.0.0.1.UMKCNXM. The release of final firmware versions is expected in late October – early November. That is, these two models can receive the final MIUI 15 even before Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro.
