Xiaomi has begun distributing new firmware for its Xiaomi Mi Watch smartwatch, which came out last fall and during this time managed to get just a couple of updates.

The update adds new features that are associated with XiaoAI virtual assistant. The watch initially supported XiaoAI, however, after this update, its functionality was taken to a new level.
Now XiaoAI can speak in three different voices, users can choose one of two female voices or male. In addition, Xiaomi has added quick action for XiaoAI, which can be accessed by swiping up the screen. According to the developers, the more you use your watch, the better XiaoAI will work.
It is also worth adding that the update brings new useful applications for watches, such as a compass, barometer, calculator and others.
You can install the update by going to “Settings” -> “System” -> “About the program” -> “System update”.
