Xiaomi Mijia S400 scale uses dual-frequency bioelectrical impedance measurement, which penetrates human cell membranes through high and low-frequency alternating currents. Bioimpedance analysis of human body composition allows you to determine the characteristics of body composition, such as fat, lean, cellular, skeletal muscle mass, volume, and distribution of water in the body.
