Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro is built on SoC Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1, equipped with a battery with a capacity of 8600 mAh, which supports 67 W charging. Xiaomi Pad 6 has Snapdragon 870 SoC, 8840 mAh battery with support for 33-watt charging.

Both models received 11-inch screens with a resolution of 2.8K and a frame rate of 144 Hz, Android 13 with the MIUI Pad 14 interface, NFC chips, 4 speakers.
