Smartphones of the Xiaomi 14 line are gaining great popularity even before the official announcement, which is confirmed by data on pre-orders and active discussion of new smartphones on Weibo.
Lu Weibing, President of Xiaomi Group and General Manager of the Redmi brand, left a message on his page in which he stated that he was going on a business trip and also added that when he returned, he would immediately go to the factory to help in the assembly of Xiaomi 14 smartphones.

This is not the first time Lu Weibing and Xiaomi executive director Lei Zun have played out such a marketing campaign before the release of a new flagship. Back in 2019, the head of the company said that he would personally go to production and pick up a screwdriver if Xiaomi Mi 9 deliveries did not reach the previously planned 1 million units during the first month. He kept his word.
Lu Weibing also confirmed in the next post that Xiaomi 14 is in great demand in third-party stores. The MyDrivers resource reports that on some sites the demand is greater than for the iPhone 15 Pro Max.
The presentation of Xiaomi 14 will take place on October 26.
