Xiaomi unveils Mi TV Series EA 2022 with premium design
Xiaomi has presented a series of TVs Mi TV Series EA 2022. It includes seven models at once. New items are positioned as affordable solutions but with a design characteristic of premium technology.
Each model featured is based on LED-backlit LCD panels with a refresh rate of 60 Hz and viewing angles of 178 degrees. However, the display resolution, as well as the equipment of the new products, is different. Simultaneously, everyone was running the latest MIUI TV 3.0 firmware and received the same sets of external interfaces.
A 32-inch panel represents the youngest model of the Mi TV EA32 2022 series with HD resolution (1366 × 768 pixels). The 40-inch and 43-inch models have a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels. Models with a screen diagonal of 50, 55, 65, and 75 inches received panels with 4K (3840 × 2160 pixels).
The 32-, 40- and 43-inch models are based on a 64-bit Amlogic processor, consisting of two ARM Cortex-A53 cores and an ARM Mali-450 MP2 graphics subsystem. To help the chip, 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of permanent memory are allocated. Models with a screen resolution of 4K received a quad-core 64-bit Amlogic processor with ARM Cortext-A35 cores and an ARM Mali-G31 MP2 graphics subsystem. Also, they are equipped with 1.5 GB of RAM and 8 GB of permanent memory.
The younger models are equipped with two 8W speakers; the older ones received two 10W speakers. The set of external connectors of the new products includes two HDMI and USB Type-A ports and one component input, LAN, S / PDIF, and an antenna connector. All models received support for single-channel Wi-Fi, as well as Bluetooth. The display frames of all Mi TV Series EA 2022 models are made of metal, and the LE remotes are equipped with Bluetooth modules and support the function of voice input.
The cost of TVs Xiaomi Mi TV Series EA 2022, depending on the diagonal, is:

Except for the 75-inch version, all new items will be available for pre-order in China from April 18th. Actual sales of the TVs will begin on April 25th.
