Last year, Xiaomi released the Mi Reader gadget, equipped with a 6-inch E Ink display, an Allwinner processor with four processing cores, 1GB of RAM, and a 16GB flash drive. The next-generation reader is now reportedly preparing for release.

The device found in the Bluetooth SIG is codenamed XMDKDZS02MA. Unfortunately, little is known about the technical characteristics of the novelty. Only the support of wireless communication of the Bluetooth 5.0 standard is reported.
