Xiaomi will soon introduce Mi Ebook Reader for reading books

Last year, Xiaomi released the Mi Reader gadget, equipped with a 6-inch E Ink display, an Allwinner processor with four processing cores, 1GB of RAM, and a 16GB flash drive. The next-generation reader is now reportedly preparing for release.

The device found in the Bluetooth SIG is codenamed XMDKDZS02MA. Unfortunately, little is known about the technical characteristics of the novelty. Only the support of wireless communication of the Bluetooth 5.0 standard is reported.

Obviously, the new reader will enter the international market. Of course, he will receive an E Ink screen, which consumes energy only at the moment of redrawing the image. The panel size is likely to remain the same at 6 inches.

Bluetooth SIG certification means the Mi Ebook Reader is in the final stages of development. The official presentation of the gadget may take place before the end of the current quarter.
