Xiaomi Mi Band-HRX Edition: Xiaomi unveiled the new fitness band under Mi Band on September 15th, 2017. They named it as the Xiaomi HRX Edition in India. The name itself says that the company is partnering with the HRX. An actor named Hrithik Roshan founded the new fitness-concentrated brand.
Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi Mi Band-HRX Edition
On a single charge, we can use this Xiaomi Mi Band-HRX Edition for more than 23 days. It contains the Bluetooth 4.0 and has an OLED display which is power efficient. Using it, we can monitor the steps, sleeping patterns, and how many calories that we burnt. We can also find the notifications regarding the incoming calls or text messages.
It has the resistance capability towards the scratches and fingerprints. This Mi Band also received the IP67 certification and had the splash and dust resistance.
Manufacturers place the pedometer algorithm which is the improved version for developing the tracking. Customers can notice the HRX engraving on the Mi band strap lock.
Difference between the Mi Band 2 and Xiaomi Mi Band-HRX Edition
The Mi Band 2 features the OLED display, and there is the touch button in it. Using it, we can know the calories, heart rate and steps. This band also has the IP67 certification, and it comes with dust, splash and corrosion resistance capability. The price of this Mi Band 2 is about Rs 1,999.
The primary difference between the two is that the Xiaomi Mi Band-HRX Edition does not have the heart rate monitor. Xiaomi says that they eliminate this feature as it will lead to increase the battery life.

Manu Jain who is the Xiaomi VP before launching this band said that the Xiaomi is the world’s dominating wearable company. It has nearly 13.4% of market share as per the Q2 IDC survey reports. Manu also added that they would be improvising their products and they are trying to meet their Mi Fans demands.
He said that the Xiaomi acquired the first place in making wearable segment devices.

The sales of this band will start from September 18th, 2017. We can avail it from the Mi.com and through Mi Home stores. Xiaomi made it available to the users from September 20th, 2017 through Flipkart, Amazon, and Myntra. It is also giving the blue colour strap to the users for Rs 299.
