The new SSD is made in the same design and has an active cooling system, but the read speed is increased to 12,400 MB / s, and the write speed is 11,800 MB / s. Performance is 1.5 million IOPS in both modes. In this case, we are talking about the 2 TB version, which will be the base one. There will also be a 4 TB version, but later.
It is known that the new SSD is based on the same PS5026-E26 controller. Price data is not yet available.
