They will operate domestic and international flights
The Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Vitaly Savelyev said that Aeroflot Group plans to use 18 aircraft at the Krasnoyarsk airport until 2026 permanently.
The Aeroflot group deployed [at Krasnoyarsk airport]. An air wing of 6 aircraft is already located in Krasnoyarsk, the Aeroflot group will increase the air wing to 18 aircraft by 2026. This is quite a lot, this air wing will work both on international routes and within Russia.
The runway (runway) of the Krasnoyarsk airport will need reconstruction. It can be safely used until 2027. The reconstruction of the runway will require about 8 billion rubles.
15 billion rubles are needed for the reconstruction of the Krasnoyarsk airport.
In the relevant budget cycle, we will declare this need for funding. If it is possible to support this approach, I cannot imagine how the airport in Krasnoyarsk will be closed because the runway will not be able to receive aircraft. As for the platform, this will affect the development of transportation.
There is also the issue of reconstructing the airport apron, the development of which should lead to an increase in passenger traffic. The total amount of the second phase of the apron reconstruction will amount to 6.4 billion rubles. Last year, the airport received more than 3 million passengers.
The design and estimate documentation has been developed by the investor, and it is also necessary to find funding for the second phase of the reconstruction. The total cost of the reconstruction of the platform is 6.4 billion rubles, of which the federal budget is about 5.5 billion rubles and another 430 million [rubles] must be found by the region and the investor. There is currently no federal funding available.
