The unmanned armored car “Chisel” for assault groups, which was created by JSC “Remdiesel”, was presented at the International military-technical forum “Army-2023”.
The “universal vehicle”, as the developers call it, is designed to provide various assistance to the current assault groups. Its wheel formula is 4 x 4.
For example, with the help of installed weapons, fire support for attacking and defending units is possible. The Army-2023 forum demonstrates a variant with a Zushka, a modification of the ZU-23-2 23-mm rapid-fire anti-aircraft gun.
16-ton Chisel drone unveiled
If necessary, “Chisel” can bring ammunition, other property, take on board the wounded. The drone allows you to charge the batteries of radio transmitters and reconnaissance drones.
The dimensions of this drone are 7465 x 2550 x 2100 mm. Ground clearance is 320 mm. The curb weight is 13,300 kg, and the total weight reaches 16,000 kg. The load capacity is 2700 kg. Engine power is 350 hp. The maximum speed on the highway is 100 km / h.
