Vivo has unveiled the Y78 smartphone, which is a step down from the recently announced Y78+.  

The novelty is priced at $ 200 for the basic version. For the money, the smartphone offers a Dimensity 7020 SoC, a 6.64-inch 120Hz IPS screen with Full HD + resolution and 8 GB of RAM with 128 GB of flash memory. There are also versions with 8GB/256GB and 12GB/256GB configurations.

The smartphone is also equipped with a 50 megapixel main camera without optical stabilization and a 5000 mAh battery with 44-watt charging.

From the rest, we can note the headphone jack, a weight of 190 g, Bluetooth 5.3 and Android 13 with the OriginOS 3 shell.
