According to him, Huawei Mate 40 smartphones were the first to receive support for this technology. This new technology makes 8GB of physical RAM the equivalent of 10GB after virtual expansion, and out of 12GB of physical RAM, users get the equivalent of 14GB.

Richard said the new technology was able to increase the average number of applications launched by 50%. If the Huawei Mate 30 Pro with 8 GB of RAM, on average, 11 running applications were stored in the cache, then in the Huawei Mate 40 Pro this number increased to 16.6.

It is not yet clear if this technology works in the global versions of the Huawei Mate 40.

Richard Yu also stated that Huawei already has 120W and even 200W ultra-fast charging technologies .
