TCL P745 turned out to be much cheaper than the 98-inch Samsung Q80C TV, built on exactly the same panel
TCL has introduced a low-cost 98-inch P745 TV (98P745) in Europe. The cost of new items is 2800 euros, sales will start in August-September (depending on the country).

For comparison, the Samsung Q80C TV presented a little earlier, built on exactly the same 98-inch VA panel, costs 3,700 euros. Later, Sony should present its TV based on the same panel, and it is unlikely to be more affordable than the Samsung model.
The screen resolution of TCL 98P745 is 4K, the frame rate is 120 Hz (144 VRR mode is also supported). There are several HDMI 2.1 ports, Google TV version 11 acted as a software platform. The sound subsystem has two speakers with a total power of 30 watts.
