The Ultimate 600Hz Esports Gaming Monitor

BenQ has officially released its latest esports-focused gaming monitor, the Zowie XL2586X+, in the Indian market. With a price tag of Rs. 94,990 (approximately $1,104), the monitor is available via Amazon India, Zowie India’s official online store, and select authorized retailers nationwide. Designed for professional and competitive FPS gamers, this 24.1-inch Full HD display combines blistering speed with advanced visual technology to deliver top-tier gaming performance.

The XL2586X+ features a Fast TN panel with a native resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. What sets it apart is its industry-leading 600Hz refresh rate when connected to PCs through HDMI 2.1 or DisplayPort 1.4. This means extremely smooth and responsive gameplay, especially important in fast-paced first-person shooter games.

For console users on PS5 or Xbox Series X/S, the monitor supports up to 120Hz, ensuring compatibility with current-generation gaming consoles.

One of the standout features is BenQ’s proprietary Dynamic Accuracy 2 technology. This dual backlight system drastically reduces motion blur by controlling backlight strobing without compromising soft lighting needed to prevent eye strain during marathon gaming sessions. Its improved electrical conductivity lowers overshoot effects, enhancing visual clarity during fast actions.

Despite using a TN panel, the XL2586X+ incorporates a vivid color film that improves color accuracy and brightness by 35% compared to standard TN displays. This enhancement helps competitive players better distinguish enemies from complex backgrounds in games like Valorant and CS2.

It also supports common esports resolutions such as 1280×960 and the native 1920×1080, maintaining sharpness and color precision crucial for competitive play.

The monitor supports flicker-free technology (which can be toggled off with DyAc 2) and offers a low blue light mode to reduce eye fatigue during extended gaming hours. Although it does not have HDR capabilities, its focus on esports-optimized visuals ensures no distractions from competitive gameplay.

BenQ has packed the XL2586X+ with several pro-gaming enhancements:

  • : Improves visibility in dark areas without overexposing the bright parts.

  • : Customizes color saturation to suit individual game genres.

  • : Automatically adjusts optimal settings based on the game profile.

  • : Lets players share their preferred display setups across devices for consistent performance.

  • : Easy navigation through the monitor’s menu system.

  • : Minimizes distractions from ambient light, allowing focus during intense matches.

The monitor’s stand supports smooth and precise adjustments with an industrial-grade bearing system:

  • : Up to 155mm

  • : -5° to 35°

  • : ±45°

Additionally, it supports 100×100mm VESA wall mounting, offering flexible placement options for gamers.

With a gamer-friendly design, the XL2586X+ offers:

  • Three HDMI 2.1 ports

  • One DisplayPort 1.4 input

  • A headphone jack for audio convenience

Its built-in power supply is efficient, consuming less than 65 watts. The monitor weighs 5.9kg without packaging and 11.6kg with packaging, making it sturdy yet portable.

To leverage the full 600Hz capability at 1080p, players need:

  •  (post-November 2023 update)

  • A modern graphics card like Nvidia RTX 40-series or AMD RX 7000-series

  • Compatible CPU such as Intel 14th Gen or AMD Ryzen 7000-series

BenQ’s XL2586X+ has been selected as the official monitor for IEM Katowice 2025, one of the biggest esports tournaments worldwide. This endorsement cements its reputation as a professional-grade gaming display trusted by top players.

In comparison, Philips recently launched the Evnia 24M2N5200X with a 610Hz refresh rate and ultra-fast 0.1ms response time, while LG offers a 31.5-inch 4K gaming monitor featuring a 60Hz refresh rate and ergonomic stand. The XL2586X+ focuses purely on speed, responsiveness, and esports features tailored for FPS gaming, making it ideal for gamers who prioritize motion clarity above all.

is the BenQ Zowie XL2586X+ the Ultimate Competitive Gaming Monitor?

For competitive FPS players seeking the fastest possible refresh rates and crystal-clear motion, the BenQ Zowie XL2586X+ delivers unmatched performance in India’s market. Its combination of 600Hz refresh rate, advanced blur reduction technology, ergonomic design, and esports-ready features makes it an excellent choice for pro gamers looking to gain every competitive edge.

If you are serious about esports performance and want a display that’s built to win, the XL2586X+ is definitely worth considering.
