Parallels have released an update to its virtual machine that adds support for Apple M1-based computers. However, the update is only available to test participants.
It is also noted that the virtual machine is only compatible with operating systems made for the ARM platform. Systems for Intel x86 cannot be virtualized by the program yet. To run Windows, you can download a special version of the OS for ARM, which is available to Windows Insider members. But unfortunately, there is no publicly available Windows 10 for ARM that could be purchased.
