Song of Horror is set in a number of locations, including an abandoned mental hospital, a forgotten abbey, and a mysterious antique store. The beginning of the horrific events is believed to be the disappearance of the famous writer Sebastian Hasher, along with his family. The reason for their disappearance is a dark entity known as the Presence.

There are several main characters in the game. With the help of each of them, you will look at the story from different angles, which will help in the end to analyze the clues and evidence and form an overall picture of what happened. Some heroes know more than others, while others are better at dealing with the paranormal. However, they are all chased by the Presence. The entity adapts to your actions and haunts you in unexpected ways. And if one of the heroes dies, he will not be able to resurrect.
