Adata IEM5141A industrial grade eMMC module available in MLC and TLC variants

It is designed to operate over a wide temperature range

Adata Technology has announced the release of the eMMC IEM5141A Embedded Flash Memory. According to the manufacturer, the new product is “ideal for industrial and Internet of things applications.” It complies with the JEDEC eMMC 5.1 HS400 standard and offers up to 300MB / s read speed and 170MB / s write speed.

The advantages of the IEM5141A include low power consumption, in particular, provided by the ability to automatically switch to sleep mode. In addition, the manufacturer notes the possibility of operation in a wide temperature range – from -40 ° C to + 85 ° C. The driving resource is estimated at 3000 erase/write cycles.

Applications for the IEM5141A include AIoT applications, fleet management, drones, and medical devices, industrial PCs, and automation. The product comes in MLC and TLC versions from 8 to 32 GB.
