At the Eastern Economic Forum, it was announced that Yakovlev will develop an entertainment system on board Aeroflot aircraft.
“Aeroflot and PJSC Yakovlev signed an agreement on the development of strategic cooperation in the field of information technology. To improve the comfort of Aeroflot passengers, Yakovlev will create on-board entertainment systems, including satellite communication systems,” the joint statement says.

In addition, the companies will cooperate in the creation of domestic digital solutions and software that will automate the processes of maintaining airworthiness and aircraft maintenance.
The VIII Eastern Economic Forum takes place in Vladivostok on September 10–13, 2023.
