Huami, a well-known contract manufacturer of Xiaomi Mi Band fitness bracelets, has introduced a new low-cost smartwatch under its own brand Amazfit – Amazfit Bip 5.
The watch is priced under $100. Amazfit Bip 5 is equipped with a large display and is available in three colors. The Amazfit Bip 5 is available to order now in cream white, pastel pink and black for €89.90 in Europe and $89.99 in the US.
Amazfit Bip 5 is equipped with a 1.91-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 320 x 380 pixels and a 300 mAh battery. As the manufacturer promises, with the most intensive use, the watch will work autonomously for 5 days, and with “normal” use – 10 days.
The watch offers over 70 different watch faces and over 120 sports modes. It supports tracking heart rate, stress level, blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), GPS location, sleep patterns.
Amazfit Bip 5 presented
The device weighs 26 grams excluding the strap. The watch uses the Zepp OS 2.0 shell. Water protection (IP68) is provided, there is support for Bluetooth 5.2, a microphone and a speaker.
