Huami has introduced the Amazfit Pop 3R smart watch. The novelty costs only $43 for the version with a silicone strap, while there are quite good characteristics. 

For example, a metal body and a 1.43-inch AMOLED screen with HD resolution. There is also a microphone with a speaker and support for voice calls.
