Android 9, Android 10, and Android 11 are supported
In October, Amazon launched its cloud gaming service called Luna in Early Access, making it available on Windows, macOS, Fire OS, and iOS devices via web apps. The Android operating system was not originally listed, but the situation has changed.
Amazon Luna cloud gaming service launched on Android
Amazon has announced that Luna is launching on select Early Access Android devices in the US mainland. The announcement was made via the official Twitter account of the service, and a training video was also posted.
Because Luna runs in the cloud, no separate app is required to download. You can directly access the service through the Chrome browser on Android. At the moment, Luna’s version of Android only works in Chrome 86 or later on the following devices:
- Google Pixel (4XL, 4a, 4a 5G, 5)
- Samsung Galaxy (S10, S10 +, Note 10, Note 10+, S20 5G, S20 + 5G, S20 Ultra 5G, Note 20)
- OnePlus (7, 7 Pro, 7 Pro 5G, 8, 8 Pro, Nord, 7T, 7T Pro, 7T Pro 5G)
