It’s not certain that it will come out at all.
AMD has not kept its promise to make HYPR-RX technology available in the first half of 2023. Today is already July 1, which means that the second half of the year has begun. HYPR-RX is not yet available to gamers.
Recall that the technology was introduced back in November along with FSR 3. Regarding FSR 3, the company did not name any release dates at all, but HYPR-RX promised to release it in the first half of 2023. The technology itself is actually a set of technologies. It allows you to simultaneously activate Radeon Anti-Lag, Radeon Boost and Radeon Super Resolution.
AMD didn’t keep their promise. HYPR-RX technology never released in H1 2023
That is, by activating HYPR-RX in the game, performance is simultaneously improved and latencies are reduced. For the demo, AMD showed Dying Light 2, where the frame rate increased from 90 fps to 166 fps, and the latency decreased from 30 ms to 11 ms. True, the Radeon Super Resolution technology used here relies on FSR 1, that is, the image quality noticeably suffers.
When gamers will still receive HYPR-RX, it is still unclear, since AMD did not remember more about it after the announcement.
