AMD is now in space.

This, of course, is about the Xilinx FPGA, which became part of AMD last year. Unfortunately, there are no details about the specific solutions involved in SLS and Orion.

Recall that the Artemis II mission is the first manned mission of the Artemis program. As part of this mission, for the first time since the closure of the Apollo program, people will return to the Moon, albeit without landing directly on the satellite itself. The mission is currently scheduled for the end of 2024.
