Ryzen 7 7800X3D to go on sale April 6th

Of the Ryzen 7000X3D gaming processors with a large amount of cache, AMD currently has two models – Ryzen 9 7950X3D and 7900X3D, but a third will soon join them: Ryzen 7 7800X3D will go on sale on April 6, it will become a direct successor to the hit Ryzen 7 5800X3D. Therefore, many are waiting for it and hope that the new product will be better than its predecessor in terms of performance. And the data from the SiSoftware database says that everything will be so.

The Ryzen 7 7800X3D score of 395.07 GOPS is 37.3% higher than the AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D. Well, if compared with the Ryzen 7000 line of CPUs, then the Ryzen 7 7800X3D bypassed the Ryzen 7 7700 (with a minimum margin of 1%), but lost to the Ryzen 7 7700X (about 3%).

The fact that the Ryzen 7 7800X3D is 37% faster than its predecessor is good, but the question of price remains open for now. The Ryzen 7 7800X3D was previously listed for $450, while the Ryzen 7 5800X3D is now available in the US at Newegg for $317. It turns out that the difference in price eats up the difference in performance.
