An insider declassified the characteristics of the Google Pixel 8 Pro

The announcement of the smartphone is expected in October

The network has repeatedly leaked data about the upcoming Google Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro smartphones. So, about a week ago, the well-known insider Yogesh Brar revealed the main characteristics and cost of the younger model, and now he has published information about the characteristics and release dates of the older one: Google Pixel 8 Pro. According to the source, the smartphone will receive a 6.7-inch LTPO OLED touch screen with a resolution of QHD + and a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a Google Tensor G3 SoC with a special Titan security chip, 12 GB of RAM, 128 or 256 GB of internal memory and a battery with a capacity of 4950 mAh with support for 27W fast wired charging.

An insider declassified the characteristics of the Google Pixel 8 Pro

The main camera module consists of three sensors: 50 MP with optical image stabilization, 64 MP ultra wide-angle and 48 MP with telephoto lens. According to past leaks , the main sensor will be the Samsung ISOCELL GN2, the ultra-wide is the Sony IMX787, and the “telephoto” is the ISOCELL GM5. Among other features of the Google Pixel 8 Pro, Yogesh Brar mentioned an infrared temperature sensor and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner. He also said that the smartphone will be running Android 14. The insider confirmed that the release of the flagship will take place in October.

Yogesh Brar has previously published many confirmed leaks, such as the specifications of the Redmi A1, Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro smartphones a few days before the official announcement and live shots of the iQOO Z6 Lite 5G, the first Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 smartphone.
