In 2023, Xiaomi may release a tablet based on Snapdragon 8 Gen 3
Well-known insider Digital Chat Station revealed the characteristics of the flagship tablet Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro. According to the insider, the device will be released simultaneously with Xiaomi 14 Ultra in 2024.
Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro will be built on SoC Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. An insider says that Xiaomi will also have a tablet based on Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, but this model will be released later (possibly also in 2024).
An insider revealed the characteristics of Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro
In addition to Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro will have a screen with a frame rate of 144 Hz, a dual 50-megapixel camera, 90 W charging support, and 4 speakers. The dimensions of the device will be “more friendly” – that is, the device will become more compact. The OS will be HyperOS with support for proprietary HyperOS Connect technology.
