Another veteran mobile phone maker has announced its exit from the market. The Japanese company Kyocera Mobile has officially announced that it will exit the consumer mobile phone business, while continuing to provide services to corporate customers.

The financial report shows that Kyocera suffered a loss of about $17 million in February this year. As profitability declines, the company is trimming its consumer-grade product line.
