Korean manufacturer demanded to remove information from public access

Shortly before the new year, the Russian brand Caviar, known for its extravagant versions of the iPhone, presented a special edition of the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra for 5 million rubles. The problem is that the Korean manufacturer itself has not yet announced the flagship Galaxy S21 series.

Apple does not do this: Samsung has banned the sale of Galaxy S21 Ultra for more than 50 million dollars before the announcement

Caviar has posted on its website a page for the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Golden 21 with a gold finish with a detailed description.

Moreover, the page had a fully functional “buy” button and Samsung Galaxy Golden 21 could be added to the cart, if, of course, you were in the mood to spend 5 million rubles on one smartphone. The only thing that distinguished the whole process from a regular sale was that delivery times were not reported.

As it turned out, Samsung was very unhappy with such arbitrariness of Caviar. The Korean manufacturer has made sure that Caviar has removed the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra page from public access before the official announcement. In addition, Samsung has begun demanding that some news sites remove news of the Galaxy S21 Ultra-luxury edition.

Interestingly, in recent years, Caviar has been quietly opening pre-orders for new iPhone models long before their official presentation, and Apple does not require the removal of information. For example, before the October announcement of iPhone 12, the Caviar team presented several variations of it, the first of which appeared already in August.
