Apple finally comments on screen burn-in on iPhone 15 Pro

Within 14 days, the smartphone can be returned or replaced with a new one.

Apple has issued an official comment regarding screen burn-in that some iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max users are complaining about.

Apple said that smartphone owners with such problems can contact an official service center for testing. If during testing it is determined that this is a hardware problem, the smartphone will be replaced or repaired.

However, Apple does not rule out that in some cases the residual image on the screen is the result of a system error. In such cases, you can wait for the update to come out. In any case, if there is a problem with the smartphone, it can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. After which the terms of warranty service come into force.
