Huawei asks users about the need for a USB-C charging cable in the box with its wireless headphones
Three days ago, we wrote that Apple launched a survey among iPhone 12 users: in it, the company is interested in how often smartphone owners use the contents of the box – a USB-C Lightning cable, a “clip” for removing a SIM card, a sticker. Of course, it was immediately suggested that Apple was going to discontinue the supplied cable after the charger. And now Huawei has launched a similar survey.
Apple may remove the cable from the box of the iPhone 13, and Huawei from the box of its wireless headphones
But unlike Apple, Huawei is interested in the need for a USB-C cable in the box with its wireless headphones. The question goes something like this: “If you have a USB-C charging cable with your phone, tablet, or other electronic device, do you think you need a USB-C cable with your wireless headphones?”
Another question concerns the acceptable price of headphones without the included cable. That is, it is likely that if the cable disappears, it will come from the delivery set of cheap devices, but in those that are more expensive (for example, FreeBuds Studio) it will remain.
