The company has not yet presented all the new items this year.
Apple has sent notifications to branded service centers that service equipment under the AppleCare program. They talk about the changes scheduled for Tuesday, December 8th. Apple’s notices indicate the need to prepare for new product releases, new or updated descriptions, and new or updated prices.
Apple told service centers to prepare for new product launches on December 8
Apple sent out almost identical notifications ahead of previous announcements of its new products. For example, shortly after the announcement of the iPhone 12 announcement date, the company similarly informed service centers: they were supposed to receive details about new products on October 13 – on the same day smartphones were presented.
It should be noted that the time shown in the new notice (5:30 am PT or 4:30 pm Moscow time) does not correspond to the traditional time of the event but completely coincides with the usual time of publication of press releases. In this way, the 13-inch MacBook Pro was introduced in May of this year, and the 16-inch MacBook Pro in November 2019.
In general, Apple is clearly not finished with new products this year and is preparing some interesting Christmas surprises for users. Or even a few surprises. What kind of devices can the company present on this day? AirTags can find anything you want, AirPod Studios’ full-size headphones, or more likely, the new 16-inch MacBook Pro. Rumors about its announcement by the end of the year have already appeared on the web. And now they seem to have been confirmed.
