Apple will unveil iPhone 13 in the second half of September, analyst said
Financial analyst Wedbush Dan Ives has once again confirmed that Apple would return to its usual release dates for new iPhones this year. However, based on sources from the supply chain, he gave a more accurate date for the launch of the new devices. The iPhone 13 will be announced in the third week of September, Ives said.
However, in a research note published by MacRumors, Ives said there is still the possibility that the new iPhones’ announcement could be delayed until early October. Another option for the development of events is the presentation of the basic models of the iPhone 13 at the end of September, as planned, and the iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max will see the light of day a little later. Finally, one should not exclude the possibility of a repetition of last year’s scenario, when all devices in the series were announced simultaneously. Still, the Pro versions of the iPhone 12 became available for sale a little later.
Ives confirmed that some iPhones 12 would get 1TB storage. He also stated that all devices in the series would receive a LiDAR sensor, although reputable analyst Ming-Chi Kuo insists that only the iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max will be able to boast of this feature.
