The company Asetek, specializing in liquid cooling systems (LLS), introduced an unusual new product, which was called Rad Card. According to the manufacturer, Rad Card is the first LSS made in the form of an expansion card for the PCIe slot. In turn, the first system in which such a solution was applied was the Del Alienware Aurora R11 PC.

The product installed in the expansion slot is useful in systems where there is little space or there are no suitable attachment points for the classic options for SJO. The manufacturer clarifies that the task of Rad Card is to cool the graphics processors. The advantages of the product include simplified hose routing and the possibility of a compact layout. As you can see in the pictures, the Rad Card and the video card are connected by two short hoses.

Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not disclose details, but judging by the description and images, the Rad Card has a radiator and a fan. Whether this product will be offered at retail is not yet clear.
