ASRock Unveils Radeon RX 6900 XT Phantom Gaming D OC Graphics Overclocked & Backlit

ASRock today announced the powerful Radeon RX 6900 XT Phantom Gaming D 16G OC graphics accelerator for gaming systems. The solution is based on the flagship Navi 21 XTX chip with AMD RDNA 2 architecture and 7nm manufacturing technology.

The video card has 80 execution units with 5120 stream processors. The equipment includes 16 GB of GDDR6 memory with a 256-bit bus. It is known that the new product has factory overclocking, but the exact operating frequencies, unfortunately, have not yet been given.

The graphics card is equipped with a highly efficient Phantom Gaming 3X cooling system with three Striped Axial Fans for improved airflow. The cooler contains a heatsink, heat pipes, and a nickel-plated copper base. Thanks to the 0dB Silent Cooling technology, the fans stop completely when there is a little computational load on the graphics card.

The novelty has received a bright addressable polychrome SYNC lighting, which can be synchronized with other components of the gaming desk station. In the back, there is a reinforcing metal plate.

The accelerator uses PCI Express 4.0 x16 interface. The set of connectors includes three DisplayPort 1.4 connectors and one HDMI 2.1 port.

The card has a 2.8-slot design: dimensions are 330 × 140 × 56 mm. It is recommended to use a power supply unit with a capacity of at least 900 W.
