Assassin’s Creed Valhalla has been updated with a ton of fixes

Ubisoft and Ubisoft Montreal have released an update for the action RPG Assassin’s Creed Valhalla on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. It includes a large number of fixes.

The list of changes is extensive. The update includes balance adjustments and fixes for various shortcomings and bugs. The most significant of the latter is related to graphical errors and glitches: you will no longer be pursued by invisible NPCs, you will not get stuck in a suit from a mission, and your quiver of arrows will not empty on its own for no apparent reason.

Several UI changes have also been implemented: Animus no longer highlights dead bodies, Ubisoft has expanded the number of options for colourblind people, and the message when picking up an item that you no longer have space has been removed.

The size of the update is different on different platforms:

  • 7.5 GB on Xbox Series X and S;
  • 6.6 GB on Xbox One;
  • 2 GB on PlayStation 5;
  • 2-3 GB on PlayStation 4 (region dependent);
  • 6.45 GB per PC.
