According to the Chinese resource ITHome, AUO has scheduled the production of a new TN-type panel for the second half of this year.
AUO to launch 540Hz gaming monitor matrix by year-end
A feature of the matrix is a very high frame rate of 540 Hz. Other features include Full HD resolution, Vesa DisplayHDR 1000 compliance, and 95% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space.
The Asus ROG Swift Pro PG248QP monitor announced at CES this year is rumored to use this particular panel.
