None of them left the plant territory
AvtoVAZ assembled Grants without airbags for about a week – these components were in short supply. But now there is no longer a shortage (at least of these components), as insiders report.
AvtoVAZ assembled 2.5 thousand Lada Granta without airbags
“ Granta cars are again rolling off the assembly line fully equipped, 2,500 were produced without airbags, all of them are located on the territory of the car plant and will soon be finalized and moved to the shipping workshop for shipment to consumers,” the Avtograd News public page said.
Thus, at least 14.5 thousand cars are now stored on the territory of AvtoVAZ: 2.5 thousand Lada Granta and 12 thousand Lada Vesta. It will take a long time to finalize them.
