Today, July 26, corporate vacation began at AvtoVAZ, which will last, including weekends, until Monday, July 31.
Starting today, July 26, a corporate vacation began for the majority of the AVTOVAZ team; it will last 3 days plus 2 days off, that is, formally the work process will resume on July 31.
Many employees decided not to go on vacation and will continue working but for double pay. In particular, from July 26 to July 30 inclusive, production of spare parts and components will be involved.

In addition, the incomplete Lada Niva Legend and Niva Travel, as well as the Lada Vesta NG, which have previously been produced in two production shifts, will continue to be processed at the plant.
In just 5 days (from July 26 to July 30 inclusive), it is planned to complete and ship about 4 thousand Lada Vesta NG cars to consumers. There are not such a huge number of Niva cars; most likely, they will be completely worked out. Also on these days, finished products will be shipped, all models currently produced at the car plant.
AvtoVAZ worked at an accelerated pace on the last day before the planned corporate vacation, producing a record number of Grantas.
