By the end of next week, AvtoVAZ plans to produce about 600 Lada Largus station wagons and cargo vans. And this may be the last batch of such vehicles manufactured at the Togliatti site.
AvtoVAZ started production of the latest Lada Largus assembled in Togliatti
Earlier, AvtoVAZ officially confirmed the decision to transfer the production of Lada Largus from the main plant in Tolyatti to the Lada Izhevsk site. The transfer project is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2024.
The delay will allow Russian suppliers to master an additional range of components in order to subsequently replace imported components with them and thereby increase the level of localization of the model.
