AvtoVAZ has agreed on a corporate vacation schedule for next year. The Russian plant plans to rest in May and July-August.
This was reported by the AvtoVAZ Trade Union Organization concerning Order No. 442 “On a single corporate leave in 2024” signed on Thursday.

AvtoVAZ will suspend car production twice in 2024
Taking into account the production plan for the next year, in agreement with the trade union committee, the following periods of unified corporate leave for AvtoVAZ were established in 2024:
From May 2 to May 8;
From July 29 to August 18.
This year, AvtoVAZ went on a corporate vacation in July of this year, which lasted five days, including weekends. Some employees continued to work for double pay. In particular, the production of spare parts and components was involved, and the development of incomplete Lada cars continued.
